The recipe for our spare ribs remains in the possession of the Rado family. Our guests enjoy the “specialty of the house” all the time, starting with the homemade marinade to the juicy meat which is wonderfully detached from the bone.
The second specialty of the house is the crispy knuckle of pork. We serve our guests organic coleslaw, oil peppers, mustard, and freshly planed horseradish.
Every visit to Vienna should start with a Wiener Schnitzel. The Wiener Schnitzel in our restaurant is baked in the pan in the classic “Viennese style” at 180 ° C. The Viennese love their schnitzel with a homemade potato and a salad, beautifully golden brown, crispy and bigger than the plate itself.
Viennese hospitality is the top priority in our family. Our place is small but nice, and every guest feels welcome. You might think you’re at home in your own living room. With 35 seats that the restaurant has to offer, it is also available for celebrations such as birthdays, baptisms, or company celebrations. The restaurant is run as a non-smoking establishment.
