The second specialty of the house is the crispy knuckle of pork. We serve our guests organic coleslaw, oil peppers, mustard, and freshly planed horseradish. The careful selection and preparation of the pork makes the difference between us and our competitors. We only use the front knuckle because it is juicier and has less fat.
