Yesterday we visited the Rado’s Gasthaus for the first time. The place looks very cool, old-fashioned but still nice. Menu is short and sweet, real home cooking. I wanted to eat a beef tatare, my wife took a knuckle of pork. Important! If you want to eat knuckles of pork here, you have to wait for 30 minutes! Alright! It does not matter. Service was excellent as well as all the dishes. Beef tatare was classic but delicious. Minced meat marinated with butter, onion, and bread (they also offer caper berries, of course, but I didn’t want that. I don’t like the caper berries). The knuckle of pork was crispy outside and buttery soft inside. With normal spicing, simply wonderful! The organic coleslaw was perfect, too. Service was also great, very friendly! The terrace is also nice and quiet! I can only recommend it. We will come back for sure! Thanks again for everything, dear Rado’s team!
